Title Slide- Include your Person’s Name, Birth & Death Dates, and a one sentence summary of who they are!  Insert a video on your Title Slide for 4 Points!  We will use the built in Google Video Search to find a video for this slide.

Early Life & Career – When were they born?   Where were they born?  Who were their parents?   Were they educated?  Where were they educated?  How did their work life/”career” get started?  Answer as many of these questions as you can, but you DO NOT have to answer all of them!

Historical Significance & Accomplishments – Why are we studying this person today?  What makes them important to remember and discuss?  What were major accomplishments this person achieved?

Instagram Posts– Create 2 Instagram Posts  that your person would make if Instagram was around during their lives.  What would they say?  Who would like their posts?  What hashtags would they use?  Be creative and have fun with this. CLICK RIGHT HERE to open the Instagram Template.  Links to an external site. Copy the Slide, then paste it into your Slide Show.  You can work on one of the Instagram posts, and your partner can do the other one!

Death- When did they die?  Where did they die?  How did they die?  Where are they buried?  Can you find and share a picture of their grave/tomb?   Just share the details you can find, we don’t know where some of these people are buried!

Closing Quiz – Assess/Quiz your classmates with 5 questions about your Historical Figure.  You can only have 1 True False Question, the other 4 should be Multiple Choice.  Make sure your quiz questions cover the “main ideas” about this person and only include important information for students to know.    You can create your quiz at the site https://testmoz.com/ Links to an external site..

This is your final slide.  This slide will be used to share/cite the sources you used.  We are going to use the MLA format to site our sources.  This is the same format you will use for sources in High School and College.  I will show you how to do this at the end of this project.   We will use the website http://www.citationmachine.net  Links to an external site.to create our Works Cited Slide.
